from my limited experience of the weightloss space, my understanding is that twice a week regular (yum) food is perfectly permissable: so all is not lost :)
Ove here health campaings have introduced the term 'balance days'.
As dorky as the commercial and the term may sound, they have a fair point: if you eat something yummy (which is usually something unhealthy when eaten consistently), you should eat or do something healthy that will keep your health 'balanced'.
The problem of course is that India has so many of the 'yummy foods' :P
